    All services are delivered based on the selected plan and agreed scope.<\/p>\n

    2. Nature of Services<\/h3>\n

    Our services are intangible, service-based offerings<\/strong> and do not involve the sale or shipment of physical goods.<\/p>\n

    Service delivery may include:<\/p>\n

    • Scheduled on-site visits<\/li>\n
    • Remote management and coordination<\/li>\n
    • Digital reporting and communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Scheduling and Property Access<\/h3>\n

      • Services are scheduled subject to availability<\/li>\n
      • Clients must provide secure and lawful access<\/strong> to the property<\/li>\n
