Building & Facility Maintenance
Conduct public area inspections once a week, elevator and fire equipment inspections once a month, and external wall and roof inspections once a quarter; provide inspection reports (downloadable), with maintenance response time ≤ 2 hours (emergency situations) and ≤ 24 hours (normal situations); clearly state that the maintenance scope does not include the owner's indoor private areas (to avoid ambiguous service boundaries).
Environmental & Greening Services
Conduct public area cleaning (corridors, lobbies, elevators) 3 times a day, garbage collection and transportation once a week, greening pruning and fertilization twice a month, and pest control once a quarte,and greening maintenance is only for the community's public green spaces
24/7 Security Management
24-hour gatehouse duty (visitor registration, pedestrian and vehicle control), community patrols once every 2 hours, and real-time monitoring of the surveillance system; equipped with certified security personnel,and clearly define the security responsibility scope
Owner Communication & Community Management
Online customer service from 9:00 to 18:00 on working days (synchronous response via email and phone), owners' communication meetings once a month, and owners' general meetings once a quarter; clear decoration approval process (submit plan → review → construction supervision → acceptance), with the whole process traceable.
