  • Remote management and coordination

No physical goods are shipped.


2. Scheduling

  • Services are scheduled after purchase confirmation
  • Delivery times depend on:
    • Location
    • Service type
    • Availability

3. Estimated Timeframes

  • Inspections: typically within 24–72 hours
  • Reports: within 24–48 hours after service
  • Ongoing services: continuous throughout subscription

4. Access Requirements

Clients must ensure:

  • Property access is available and safe
  • Keys, codes, or entry instructions are provided

Failure to do so may result in:

  • Delays
  • Missed service appointments
  • No eligibility for refunds

5. Completion of Service

A service is considered completed when:

  • The inspection or task is carried out
  • A report or update is issued
  • Coordination has been performed
