At PRESTIGE HOUSE MANAGEMENT LTD, we aim to provide reliable and professional services. Due to the nature of our business, the following refund terms apply:


1. General Principle

All services are time-based and resource-allocated, and therefore refunds are limited once service delivery has commenced.


2. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
  • Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds for current billing periods

3. One-Time Services

  • Full refund available if canceled at least 24 hours in advance
  • No refunds once the service has been performed or initiated
  • No refunds if service cannot be completed due to lack of access

4. Service Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
  • We may offer:
    • Re-performance of the service, or
    • Partial refund at our discretion

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed services
  • Delays caused by client actions
  • Third-party service issues
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
