No physical goods are shipped.

- Availability
3. Estimated Timeframes
- Inspections: typically within 24–72 hours
- Reports: within 24–48 hours after service
- Ongoing services: continuous throughout subscription
4. Access Requirements
Clients must ensure:
- Property access is available and safe
- Keys, codes, or entry instructions are provided
Failure to do so may result in:
- Delays
- Missed service appointments
- No eligibility for refunds
5. Completion of Service
A service is considered completed when:
- The inspection or task is carried out
