All services are delivered based on the selected plan and agreed scope.


2. Nature of Services

Our services are intangible, service-based offerings and do not involve the sale or shipment of physical goods.

Service delivery may include:

  • Scheduled on-site visits
  • Remote management and coordination
  • Digital reporting and communication

3. Scheduling and Property Access

  • Services are scheduled subject to availability
  • Clients must provide secure and lawful access to the property
  • Failure to provide access may result in delays or service cancellation without refund

4. Third-Party Providers

We may engage or coordinate third-party service providers.

  • All third-party work requires client approval
  • Associated costs are not included unless stated
  • We are not liable for third-party performance, delays, or damages

5. Service Limitations

Unless explicitly included, our services do not cover:

  • Repairs or supply of materials
  • Structural or technical inspections
  • Deep or specialized cleaning
  • Emergency services beyond coordination

6. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate property and contact details
  • Ensure lawful authority over the property
  • Maintain safe working conditions
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner

7. Fees and Payments

  • All services must be paid in advance
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are breached
  • Access is denied
  • Safety risks arise

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
